ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. We are not
responsible for transit time and delivery confirmation is emailed upon
request. Once we have shipped it out, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility.
Typically take 2-7 days to arrive.
Canada orders:
$0-$74.99 = FLAT RATE OF $7
$75 order and up = FREE!
Canada orders are shipped via USPS first class international mail. Orders typically take 1-6 weeks to arrive depending on destination. Unfortunately, we CANNOT track international orders and therefore are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen. Vintage Items - (coming soon)
All
sales on vintage items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or
exchanges on these items). We describe all vintage items, through both
photography and copy, as accurately as possible. If you have any
questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure
to contact us before you make your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on sale items, jewelry or hair accessories
Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back..
Returns/exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and
with original tags still attached. Items with packaging must have all
parts included in the return. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
To begin processing, please e-mail us at within 7 days upon receipt of order at info@simplyaudrey.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Description of item(s) to be returned/exchanged
3. Your reason for return/exchange
Note:
Please specify if you would like to make a return for store credit or
an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please include the item
(description and size) you would like to exchange for.

Please make sure that the item(s) are well packed and sent with
delivery confirmation.
Once we receive your package we will process your request.
Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please
inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped
items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be
made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to
your item, please notify us immediately.
Sales Tax
We
collect 8.75% CA sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in
California. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with
local state tax laws.
Out of Stock
While
we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be
instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case,
please e-mail us and we will notify you by e-mail the expected ship
